Your driver’s primary responsibility is to arrive on time, help you to load your baggage into the vehicle, then to transport you quickly and safely to your final destination. He or she will also help you unload your baggage at the other end.
However, they are typically obliged to stay in reasonably close proximity to their vehicle at all times.
What this means is that typically they won’t be able to (e.g.) go off trying to find other people in office blocks for you or to make additional collections and deliveries of goods on an ad-hoc basis etc. Although they do have a degree of discretion, they are broadly available to you for the duration and purposes you will have booked at the outset.
We do recognise though that customer requirements can vary quite considerably.
For example, if you or any of your passengers have limited mobility, our drivers may be able to assist in certain respects providing the position has been outlined to us in advance. Some vehicles by definition are more suitable for such requirements than others and we will be only too happy to help you make an appropriate selection.
If you need to change your itinerary ‘in-flight’, our chauffeurs will do everything humanly possible to assist you but it might not always be possible if they are due to go on to another booked assignment. As a result, if you are uncertain about your timetables around Sydney, stretch limousines might be better hired on a half-day or daily basis in order to maximise your freedom of choice.
