Of course, there have to be some limits beyond which we may not be able to go. Even so, there are a few things that we might be able to suggest if your budget is very limited:

• Try to be flexible on the date and time of your rental. That might enable us to fill up a gap in our schedule because we won’t hide the fact that we don’t like our vehicles to be under-utilized (though that’s actually very rarely the case).

• Avoid becoming completely hung-up on a given vehicle. The more flexibility we have in terms of what vehicle we use, the more we may be able to help you.

• Examine carefully just how long you think you’ll want the limo for. We can offer hourly rates and it may be that you’ll be able to use it for your purposes in say 1 hour rather than assuming you have to hire it for an entire morning.

However, let’s not speculate anymore about scenarios and options. Instead, why don’t you just pick up the phone for a chat? You might be amazed at how flexible we can be and how we may be able to hammer something out between ourselves.

If you are looking to move several people from one location to another, you don’t need to think about the expense of hiring multiple limousines or a huge coach.

Let’s consider a typical example of corporate entertaining. You might have a number of guests visiting and you’ve decided to take in a cricket match or a tour of some of Sydney’s most famous sights.

Are Hired Limousines Really more Expensive than Taxis?

It’s not too unusual for us to hear comments along the lines that taxis are far cheaper than rented limousines.

Yet it is that always the case?

Intuitively, one might be inclined to say “yes, that must be true“. The reality though might be rather more complicated.
 Let’s take, as a classic example, the question relating to just how much value you put on your time. If you have just arrived on a flight and have to spend 45 minutes queuing for a taxi, how much is that costing you?

Let’s assume in another scenario that you need to take several taxis between various points around town, as you have a frantic afternoon rushing from one meeting and presentation to another. How would that compare to simply hiring luxury limousines in Sydney for say 2 hours?

 Then there is the even harder to quantify area relating to the impression you are making.

 If you are meeting someone at the airport who might be very important to the future success of your organization, are you creating the right impression by asking them to join you in that lengthy queue with everybody else to wait for a taxi? How much are the negative impression aspects of the situation costing you and how much will they cost you in terms of potential future business for your company?

 Then there are the potential emotional costs.

Our chauffeur will use his or her extensive experience in order to plan the most suitable route to wherever your final destination happens to be.

If you are looking for a scenic experience, then clearly time and efficiency may not be the most compelling priority and your chauffeur will be able to plan a route that makes certain that you and perhaps your guests get to see all the key sights. 

In other situations, a quiet circuitous ‘ramble’ of a drive might be the very last thing you have on your mind!  If you are on a tight business schedule or looking to connect with an outbound flight, you’ll want the fastest point-to-point route possible.

Generally, we recommend that you leave your detailed route planning to your chauffeur.  They’ll know all the bottlenecks to avoid (when you are renting luxury limousines in Sydney you won’t want to spend your time sitting in traffic jams!) and how to choose a route that will be the most likely to help you meet your requirements. 

Of course, if you do wish to go via a specific route for whatever purpose, then your chauffeur will be only too pleased to oblige providing that it will be possible to do so without putting at risk either the vehicle or the particular parameters of your luxury limousine rental agreement. 

In some cases, it can also be a good idea to simply turn the itinerary for the day over to your chauffeur and allow them to plan a route and final destination around a theme. In that type of scenario, you might simply say you want to see some of the best coastal spots around and you can then leave the rest to your chauffeur.
